Two people packing the same container get two different results, and the difference is money on every shipment. The maths behind optimal packing is genuinely hard, but nobody in a warehouse is going to read a solver output. So the tool does the hard part, then draws a guide anyone can follow by hand.

How it works

Three-dimensional bin packing is NP-hard in theory. In a warehouse it is worse than that, because the real constraints are not in the textbook: this crate cannot go under that one, this customer's goods have to come off first, the fragile items need a flat surface, and the person doing the loading has packed containers their own way for fifteen years. I solved the geometry first, then bent the solution to fit the physical and human rules. The output is not a number. It is a step-by-step visual packing order that a loader can work through without being retrained.
