Most of these started as a process living in one person's head, or a spreadsheet nobody else could read. I build the whole thing: the logic underneath, the interface on top, and the part where someone who has never heard of an API uses it without being trained.

Auto Ad Generator

Every ad, every resize, every A/B variation went through the one person who knew Photoshop. Five teams, one queue, and a designer spending their week on repeat work instead of design. I pulled the colour theory and layer logic out of Photoshop and put it behind an API, so the designer sets the creative direction once and everyone else generates their own variations from it.

Smart Dispatch

The dispatch rules lived in one admin's head. Which driver suits which client, what counts as urgent, who to phone when a job slips. It worked beautifully right up until she took leave. I sat with her, wrote the rulebook down, and built the system that now runs it.

Invoice Bot

Quoting a job meant digging out the rate, applying the right surcharges, formatting a document and sending it. Twenty minutes, several times a day, usually with the client waiting on the phone. Now the job details go into a Telegram message and the quote comes back formatted, sent and filed.

Pack Smart

Two people packing the same container get two different results, and the difference is money on every shipment. The maths behind optimal packing is genuinely hard, but nobody in a warehouse is going to read a solver output. So the tool does the hard part, then draws a guide anyone can follow by hand.
